"NEW" Payment Plan Option A new payment plan will be offered for ALL. As soon as you recieve your 2011 statement you can begin to make partial payments until the May 14th due date. After this date the $50 late fee will also be due. Pool passes will not be issued to any member whose bill has not been paid in full.

Membership Fees:	$265.00	Single Person:

	10% off	Senior Discount (65yrs+): 10% off dues only
	$100.00	Additional family member 21+ yrs living in residence

*Children two and under BEFORE May 24th are NOT included as family members. No swim club card is necessary in this age group.

**Please add to sub-total $100.00 for each additional family member that ar 21+ yrs (see code 07 on invoice). Proof of residency and birthdate may be requested by club.

Maintenance Fees - a maintenance fee payment of $50 is required in membership dues. This fee is refunded by July 15th of the current season. Refunds will be completed only after the volunteer hours are completed for service. Do not deduct from the total of your invoice.

Clean Up Day: This season our clean up day will take place on Saturday, May 7th from 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Please see web site if rain date is needed.

Swim Team Fees:	One Child: $50

	Three or More: $110

Swim teams fees are paid in the membership dues form.

Bond Redemption: (See additional form for updated bond redemption options)
As such, bond redemptions are repaid in the order received. Lane's ability to fund redemptions annually is based upon many factors, including but not limited to, the number of new members in relationship to redemptions requests, maintaining pool operations, and other cash flow considerations. The board continually monitors the pool's financial condition and plans to redeem bonds on or about October 15th. All remaining requests will be processed the following year at the discretion of the board. Please know that your redemption request will be handled as promptly as possible within the terms stated on the Lane Swim Club Redemption Form and in accordance with the Bylaws. Inactive Status:

What if you are going away for the summer, or just know that you don’t plan to use the pool for one season? You can choose to take an “Inactive” status. Return your invoice marked, ‘Inactive’ with a payment of $100 ($50 Maintenance Fee + Administrative Costs) to us by the due date (May 10th) and we will continue to honor your bond and membership the following year. Members who simply skip out of paying for a season and later choose to return to their membership will have this $100 deducted from their original bond price for each year unpaid.
